Nairobi City Stars is an association football club based in Nairobi that currently competes in the first tier Kenyan Premier League (KPL). The club was founded in 2003 as World Hope Football Club and later renamed to Nairobi City Stars FC in 2008. The club was fully acquired by Jonathan Jackson Foundation in March 2019.
JJF supports the Nairobi City Stars and uses football as a tool to drive change within communities.

AMREF Health Africa aims to increase sustainable health access to communities in Africa through solutions in human resources for health, health services delivery and investments in health. They are proudly Africa born and have almost 60 years’ experience in health development.
We partnered with AMREF Health Africa for the Jenga Jirani Charity Festival 2020 that successfully brought together over 50 artists and acts for an online fundraising festival. They were the presiding Fiduciary partner receiving and accounting for the funds donated.

Kubamba Trust is a youth organisation dedicated to inspire and reinforce positive values, bringing transformation among the youth and teens through urban gospel music and related outreach programs.
We partnered with Kubamba for the Jenga Jirani Charity Festival 2020 that successfully brought together over 50 artists and acts for an online fundraising festival. Kubamba rallied the gospel music fraternity who were an integral part of the festival. Our partnership continues, with Kubamba leading the mentorship of youths in the informal settlements.

AKF East Africa brings together human, financial and technical resources to address the challenges faced by the poorest and most marginalised communities in the world. Special emphasis is placed on investing in human potential, expanding opportunity and improving the overall quality of life.
Aga Khan Foundation East Africa partnered with JJF for the Jenga Jirani Charity Festival 2020 that successfully brought together over 50 artists and acts for an online fundraising festival.

K-Shoes is a footwear brand that leverages on local talents and local resources to produce quality and fashionable shoes sold both in Kenya and the international market. They aim to solve issues cutting across environment, education, gender, youth and talent empowerment.
JJF partners with Kshoes in co-creating and running the Social Entrepreneurship (Mini MBA) training provided to youth and women groups.

Fresh Cuts Foundation was established in June 2018 with the sole aim of giving back to the community through youth and women empowerment programs. The founder Mr. Andrew Owinyi draws his motivation from the good Samaritan who picked him up from the streets, trained him and mentored him in barbering and beauty services.
JJF partners with Fresh Cuts Foundation in delivering the Hairdressing & Beauty Skills training to youth and women groups.

Laja Trust focuses on developing leadership in children and youth as it contributes greatly to the positive development of the youth and their communities. This empowers them to help in solving community problems and enhances citizen participation.
Laja Trust partnered with JJF in the Jenga Jirani Initiative distribution of sanitary hampers in 2020.

Spread Truth reaches the world with God’s Story by providing Christians the opportunity to be equipped and to generously give to see everyone connected to God. They get people ‘Gospel Ready’ through missional programs that connect them to each other and to God.
Spread Truth partnered with JJF in the Jenga Jirani Initiative food distribution drives in 2020.

Through the Hope Church, World Hope teaches leadership training and discipleship programs. They train believers for ministry and show people how to sustain themselves in work and to be sustained by their local economy.
Hope Centre provided JJF with access to secure storage and packaging space during the Jenga Jirani Initiative food distribution drives in 2020 when the Covid-19 pandemic struck.

Mentors Without Borders is a group of passionate professionals who are teaching young people from all over the world how to enjoy the process of setting goals and taking steps towards these goals in their chosen fields. Mentors Without Borders offer mentorship that help the mentees under JJF become passionate and efficient computer
programmers.
